Free delivery to every country we serve. Most orders arrive within 3 to 13 business days of being placed.
Sent from your own region
Every order ships from inside the region it is going to. That is the reason the transit half of the window below is short: almost nothing we send crosses an ocean.
To change or cancel an order, write straight away. We can do either until the order has been processed, which can happen within hours of placing it.
How long it takes
The wait is two separate things, and we state them separately because only one of them is ours.

Framing is the part that varies. A straightforward piece is usually made in a couple of days, and the top of that range is there for the ones that are not. If you are buying for a date, work from the longer number.

The list is shorter than the places a parcel could physically reach. We only sell into markets we can ship to from inside the region, because everywhere else the piece would travel from another continent, and a framed print is not a thing to send a long way.
Tracking
Your receipt arrives by email the moment you pay. A second email follows when the parcel is collected, carrying the carrier's name and the tracking number. A link that shows nothing for the first day is normal rather than a bad sign: the number is issued when the label is printed and starts moving when the parcel does.
Your piece ships from inside your own region, so the parcel is handled by a courier in your own country and the link points at that courier's site rather than at ours. If it stops moving for several days, write to hello@encoregalerie.com and we will chase it. One that never turns up is replaced, on the terms in our returns policy.
If it arrives damaged
Tell us within 30 days and we will replace it. Framed work behind a glaze is the one thing we sell where transit damage is a real possibility rather than a remote one, so this is a normal request and not an argument. Nothing has to be posted back, and a photograph is enough.
Buying for a date
If the piece has to be on the wall by a birthday or a move, order at least three weeks ahead. The window above is honest rather than optimistic, and most orders beat it, but it cannot be shortened once an order is placed.
